Simple, per-student pricing.
One number per student, billed on the enrollment you set, with a 24-student minimum (one typical class). No module fees, no per-staff charges, no hidden line items — just a monthly rate you can plan a budget around.
Every tier includes everything below it. Add-ons are optional and available on any tier. SMS Broadcasts are built into Mapmaker and Atlas at no extra cost.
Per enrolled student
We take a snapshot of your enrollment across every program at the start of your agreement year. That number sets your monthly rate for the whole year — children who arrive mid-year never change your bill, and enrolling fewer doesn't either. We re-take the count each year at renewal. When you're unsure, round up: it's the toddler rooms that fill in as the year goes, and no child should wait on a seat. Staff logins are always free and unlimited.

Every North Star, Mapmaker, and Atlas subscription is configured in partnership with Hannah's team so the platform reflects your program. Surveyor is light-touch — no setup fee and no white-glove setup; a short onboarding gets your school configured, then guides are up and running.

How enterprise pricing works
One rate across your organization.
Every campus is billed at the same per-student network rate, so adding a site never disturbs the terms you already have.
Billed per campus, on real enrollment.
Each campus is invoiced monthly on its own enrolled students, under a single annual agreement. No seat caps and no per-staff charges. Staff logins are always free and unlimited.
One implementation fee, not one per campus.
A single $2,500 implementation covers onboarding and orientation across your whole network — not $2,500 per site.

In-person professional development and any custom single sign-on or integration work are scoped on their own.
Because every network is a different size and shape, we build your rate with you rather than post one number. Tell us how many campuses you run and roughly how many children you serve, and we’ll put your enterprise rate in writing.

Split-family invoicing for separated and divorced parents is built and live, alongside extended care fee rules and incidental charges.

The implementation fee is the bridge between signing a contract and a school that actually runs MMAP day to day. It is admin-focused, scoped, and structured around the Success Partner role. Every North Star, Mapmaker, and Atlas school starts here.
What $2,500 buys
Three structured working sessions with your Success Partner
- Configuration. We sit together and set up your environment in real time. Not a template emailed over, not a checklist you fill out alone.
- Working follow-up. Once you have been using the platform for a couple of weeks, we sit with you inside it and adjust what is not landing yet.
- Six-week check-in. Refinements, follow-up questions, and the work of making the system genuinely yours.
Full environment configuration, done with you
Roster, classrooms, roles, integrations, and the settings that match how your school actually runs. Your Success Partner does this with you, not for you, so the admin team knows how every switch works by the time we are done.
Direct admin training, the people who will run it day to day
We teach the admin team how to operate the platform and how to teach their own staff. That capacity stays in your school, even if your team changes.
Perpetual, self-service knowledge base
Written documentation, in-platform walkthroughs, and a searchable library your team can return to without scheduling another call. It grows as the platform grows.
Ongoing Success Partner relationship after onboarding
After the six-week check-in, your Success Partner stays available for the questions that come up as the year unfolds. A person who knows your school, not a ticketing queue.
Documented setup
A written record of what we configured, what decisions were made, and how each module fits your school. It is useful when staff turn over, and useful for your own board reporting.
What it does not include
All-staff or community-wide training.
Implementation prepares your admin team to operate MMAP and teach the rest of your school. If you want MMG-led professional development across your whole staff or family community, that work is scoped separately under Professional Development below.

Payment Processing
Simple, transparent, yours.
MMAP takes 0%on tuition and fee payments. When a family pays, the money goes directly into your school’s own Stripe account — MMAP never holds or routes your funds, and you control every refund, dispute, and payout independently.
The only cost is Stripe’s standard processing rate — the same rate you’d pay using Stripe on your own.

You decide who covers it
By default, your school absorbs the fee. If you’d rather have families cover the processing cost, flip a single toggle in your MMAP payment settings — the amount charged automatically adjusts so your school still receives every dollar of the invoice.
Professional Development
When you want MMG in the building, not just on the platform.
Implementation gets your admin team operating MMAP. Professional Development gets your whole community on the same page. Two formats, fixed pricing, plus travel at cost. We come to you.
Half-Day Teacher PD
$3,500Flat fee, plus travel at cost
A focused 3.5-hour working session with your full teaching faculty on one topic you choose. Built for the rhythm of a Wednesday afternoon professional day or a Saturday morning training block.

A 6 to 7 hour day designed for the whole community. The morning sits with your full teaching faculty. The afternoon rotates through your admin team, board, and parent community in shorter, role-specific blocks.

Pick Implementation
$2,500 one-time
You signed for North Star, Mapmaker, or Atlas, and you need your admin team set up and trained to run the platform. This is included, scoped, and required.
Add Half-Day PD
$3,500 + travel
Your teaching faculty needs a focused working session on one topic, and the rest of the community is already aligned. A single afternoon, deep on one thing.
Add Full-Day Community PD
$6,500 + travel
Your whole school needs to come up together. Teachers in the morning, then admin, board, and parents in the afternoon. A community-wide reset day.
Most schools start with Implementation. PD is optional and can be added in year one, year two, or any time after. Some schools book a full-day community PD the summer before they launch on MMAP, so the platform lands inside a shared frame.

FAQ
Questions we get about implementation and PD.
How do deposits and final payment work?
50% deposit holds the date. The remaining 50% is due the week of delivery. The implementation fee is invoiced in full at signing.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Deposits are non-refundable inside 30 days of the booked date. You get one free reschedule with at least 30 days notice. Outside of that window, the deposit applies to the new date.
How far in advance do we need to book?
6 weeks for a Half-Day Teacher PD. 8 weeks for a Full-Day Community PD. Less lead time means less prep with your head of school, so the day is shallower. We will tell you honestly if a date is too close to do well.
Do you offer virtual delivery?
Yes. Same prices, no travel cost. We will be honest, in-person is better for the full-day format because the afternoon community blocks lose a lot on a screen. Half-day works well virtually if the topic is right.
How does travel at cost work?
Flights, ground transit, and lodging are passed through at receipt. No markup, no per diem. You see the actual line items and we book against your travel policy where you have one.
We are not an MMAP school. Can we still bring you in?
The Half-Day and Full-Day PD on this page are designed around schools running MMAP, so the work lands on top of the platform. If you are looking for standalone workshops, keynotes, or board sessions that do not assume MMAP, that is a different catalog.
