Founder

The Montessori Makers Alignment Map (MMAP) was created by Hannah Richardson, founder of Montessori Makers Group, to help Montessori schools operate with purpose, transparency, and peace.

After decades of working across public and private Montessori programs, Hannah saw a pattern: schools were rich in mission but stretched thin in systems.
MMAP is her response—a way to unify vision and action in the Montessori spirit.

Montessori Makers Alignment Map is built on secure, encrypted infrastructure using Supabase and Railway.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
Access requires authenticated sign-in; unauthorized requests are blocked at the edge.
Row Level Security ensures each school only accesses its own data.
We comply with FERPA standards for student data privacy and maintain daily backups for data integrity.
